"Sense it....And take advantage of it?" A young girl said out-loud to herself. "What... what does that even mean?" She asked herself, once more. She did not expect any answer for she was talking to her computer, and her computer alone. She was sitting snuggled up in her bed, alone in her dorm room, her three roommate had been out, with no word on when they would be coming back. She was just sitting here watching her netflixs when an IM message appeared. She clicked on in and some bulletproof kid started talking to her. Okay so she was the kid, and he was more an adult, being 18 or something. But still. She did not ask for it. He just acted like he knew her, which he found out he did not. Some Meagan or something.... It was all very confusing. But she went with it. Being alone in her scary new dorm, was not very fun. So she figured talking to someone on line, even know a complete stranger would at least make her feel better. It made her feel like she was not so alone. Or it did at first..... then things turned weird.
He had been so nice moments before... but he's suddenly turned.... kind of...mean. Or something. Whatever it was, it freaked her out. But she just kept talking. The sounds from her neighbors were freaking her out... everything was just freaking her out. But as long as she was talking to someone it would be alright... it had to be. No one could get her while she was safe in her warm bed.
"Wait...handle 'em?" She asked herself pausing her movie to enlarge the chat. "What does he mean by handle 'em?" She asked typing it down, and getting an answer within seconds. She blinked a few times at the scream, unsure of what to write... what to say. All she could see was leave the dirty work to me. With those words in her head, every vision she has ever been taken to, every horrible death she has seen flashed back before her eyes. Unable to forget the bloody scenes, the evil in the eyes of the killers... the light leaving the eyes of the person... the.... She could not type much. But she did not want to just leave. She was officially frighten. Did he know that she saw people get killed... that she was a witness to such attacks... that she knew when people would die but never said anything....
Was he a killer... was he going to kill her to keep her from talking... to keep his victims a secret? He seemed to just know... know about her. It was weird, but he was so Prague that she could not help but think he knew. He did tell her to use her imagination.. and this is what happens when she lets it control her. It takes over, makes her heart beat faster, her palms sweat, makes her worried that she's next. Many a times she'd stand before the mirror looking trying to see the numbers on her own head, but nothing would show. She'd try to see her own death, but nothing. Why was it she could see everyone's death but her own... something that worried her ever more.
The ticking coming from the clock got louder and louder... each tick of the hand felt like an hour. Quickly she logged off her computer turned it off and stashed it under her bed. Pulling on her baby yellow robe she stood by the door listening. Checking to make sure the door was locked. She put the chain link on just in case... not like any of that would stop some people from breaking in. The people here were gifted special. She meet someone a while back that could control metal... so this lock would do nothing. She could melt the sucker away or something... There were many ways people at the school could break into her room, may walk through a wall or teleport in here or some other creepy way... so she was not safe.
But there was nothing more she could do besides hide under her blanket, again safe in her bed. She sat in the corner of her bed looking right at the door, her blanket covered everything but her eyes. She did not have any kind of weapon like a bat or anything, but she did have a stapler, which she held in her hand. Not like it would help her any, but it offered some comfort. She truly was a paranoid person. But honestly if you saw every way a person could day, you would be too. Now she just had to sit here and wait for a roommate to come home. She just hoped that would be soon.

[/i] he thought to himself as he waited patiently for the boot up. As soon as the welcoming screen vanished, he double clicked on his messenger and typed in the name. Waiting...waiting...and more waiting. He finally got accepted. An messaging asking if anyone's on was his greeting. He replied, then later on realized that the pic of the girl on he was talking to was not the girl in the party. "The fuck..." Turns out that girl gave him the wrong number and im. "Crazy girl...I'll fix her..." He was thinking of what type revenge would best suit this invitation when the girl im'ed him back again. He let out a sigh and continued the convo with the girl. Turns out this chick's name is Tatiana and a sophomore. Well that was a turn-off. She's cute, but he doesn't go below his grade level. It's bad for his rep. So he continued humoring the girl by chatting with her, unbeknownst to him that he's growing a bond with her. A brotherly bond to be exact. It reminded him of his own brother that's at home. He wondered what the kid's doing now. He thought this while waiting for Tatiana's reply. A couple minutes went by and he's still waiting. Then it finally popped up. Her last statement of "oh god" got him concerned. He wondered what he said to make her this uneasy. Scrolling up, he noticed that she seemed freaked with the fact that he would hurt someone for her. That confused him; most chicks would find that brave and a turn-on, but not this one. A few minutes flew by and no message came. He replied with questions, asking the girl if she's alright, and then questioning his own self on why he's caring. Nothing came back. He waited a good 30 minutes before he signed off and slammed his laptop shut and put his shoes back on. His roommates looked at his like he was crazy, but he brushed them off easily as headed towards the door. Here his is now, jogging out of his Davis dorm towards…wherever this girl as at. He slows his pace, wondering what the hell he’s doing. He didn’t know this chick from Eve, yet he’s going to her to see if she’s alright. And plus, he didn’t even know where she lived. He went with his gut feeling and headed toward the York halls. She seemed like those good-two-shoes kids that stay there. He opened the door to the building and was greeted by questionable looks. Ignoring them, he grabbed the nearest kid by the shirt collar and yanked him towards him roughly. “Where’s Tatiana’s dorm room?” The kid started to tremble and shake his head in reply. Dropping him, he went towards another kid who had the answers for him. The kid stuttered out a room one and pleaded for him not to hurt him. He dropped him the same way as the other kid and walked towards the hall as kids scooted out of his way in fear. Here he is, at room one. Before opening the door, the earlier thought came rushing back to him. What the hell is he doing here? She probably got bored with him and just stopped chatting. No, no one ends a conversation like that. They’d say good-bye or something, especially as nice as she seemed. He went to try and open the door, but it was locked. “Shit…” he muttered to himself. Banging on the door, he shouted, “Tatiana…are you in there?” If this was the wrong door then that kid’s going to pay. People came out of their own dorms to see what the commotion outside was all about, but he ignored them and thought to himself why he’s still here as he continued to bang on the door. Tatiana was still snuggling up to her blanket, looking right at the door. There was no way he could find her. There were at least three buildings here, not including the one he lived in. So the chance of him finding her so fast were slim to none. So she'd be alright... She had to be. She did not thing wrong. He was... he was... scary, but it was okay. He did not seem to want to hurt her. Sure he wanted to hurt other people... but he showed no interest in hurting her in any way. He gave her no reason to think he'd hurt her. So she really did not need to lock herself in a room, and hide under her blankets. That would not save her anyway. Though when the door handle began to jiggle a little, she pretty much jumped so high, she found herself standing on her bed, ready to run for it. Her eyes were on the door handle, watching, waiting. It was kind of late, it had to be her roommate. She was fishing for her keys now, that's what she was doing looking for her keys in her massive purse of hers. God she kept the world in that thing, so naturally it would take her a minute... or two. Maybe she should help her out, open the door. But could she really risk it?
She had to. So she jumped down onto the floor her pile of blankets stood in the far corner of her bed as she took a step or two towards the door. But seconds later the bagging on the door started, which did not at all sound like her roommate. Than her name was called. Oh god. She at first did not want to answer, but the door was going to be broken down in a second if she just let him bang on it. "Y-y-yes." Tatiana called quietly. She was not even sure of the man outside her door could hear her small voice. She did not dare take another step towards the door. She did not trust it. Yet what was she going to do? She did not know anyone she could call or tell, and the man did not seem like he was going to go away anytime soon. So really, what was she going to do. Tatiana took a daring step towards the door, gos she hoped the door did not break open. What was she going to tell her roommates when they got back.
Oh god... what if they came back to this boy banging on her door. they would kick her out, and make her live alone. Oh god that would never do. She could not live alone... she'd cry if she was alone for too long. At least here she knew her roommates would be back... but to not have a roommate and be alone, she would surly sleep in the common room or something. She'd want that protection of a crowd... yet she wanted the physical isolation. Gosh her life was all kinds of complicated. But that was besides the point. She let herself take another small step towards the door, though she still kept quite the distance. If he were to break down the door, than she would not be hit by it. Tatiana would make sure of that. So she'd stick to walking by the wall if anything. She was not gonna let her get hurt, because that only mean someone having to check her over, touch her to make sure she was okay. That would only bring on more pain. That was the very last thing she wanted.
((It's not a problem.. take your time, I'm away for the rest of this week.))
